Open & install the download application
Add access port
Access Start > Windows Firewall with Advanced Security
Choose Inbound Rule > Add rules
In add rule window, choose Port > choose TCP and Specific local ports: 9182.
Input name for the rule and Next to finish
Access URL http://ip-address:9182/metrics to check result
